People in India are Bollywood aka Hindi movies crazy. This is obvious because hindi is our national language. However there are so many other languages in India in which moves are made. Telugu movies are very popular in Andhra Pradesh. I am a total movie buff, language is not a bar for me, I enjoy movies in all languages given they are good. I do not understand Telugu but I thoroughly enjoyed the following movies:
Happy Days
Starring: various actors
This movie is a must watch for all private engineering college students in India (thank god someone is realistic to make a movie on private engineering college and not on IITs). This movie does not portray a filmi hero heroine story but rather shows each and every aspect of an engineering student’s life. Must watch movie.
Bommarillu
Starring: Siddharth and Genelia D’souja
Bommarillu means ‘love makes life beautiful’. This movie has a very cute chemistry between the leading pair. This movie has good comedy, a very sweet young love story. This movie also gives a message to overprotective parents. Music is awesome.
Happy
Starring: Allu Arjun and Genelia D’souja
This is a fun, young movie. This movie has some awesome dance moves since the hero Arjun is a very good dancer. Genelia is really good in her sweet good girl image. Comic timing of Arjun and the comic face making of Genelia are to watch out for. Overall a must watch.
