Always send your complaint as an email and you will have a proof that they did nt took action on your complaint. it is not only idea but airtel and other companies who have a lousy GPRS systems. They charge people money on the name of access points even when ur cell is equipped with internet packs. You can easily claim a good amount of money for this negligence and lack of service, do some homework and file a complaint why don’t you file a consumer court complaint about this? Always send your complaint as an email and you will have a proof that they did nt took action on your complaint.
