Palmolive Aroma Body Wash

This is a body wash gel. It comes in 3 flavors- Vitality, Energizing and Soothing. A 250ml bottle costs Rs.105. This product has been available in the market for quite a long time now and is one of our favorite body washes.

Merits of this body wash:

  • All the 3 flavors have very nice fragrances.
  • The product boasts of natural ingredients.
  • Very reasonably priced.
  • Softens skin and lathers well

Demerits:

  • As such we can not pin point any demerits in this product.

Our tip: Use this product with a natural loofah (not those nylon ones) for good exfoliation and softer skin. :)

Clean & Clear Forming Facial Wash

It is a liquid face wash, promises to remove oil and dirt. A 100ml bottle costs Rs.68. Currently a new TV ad of this product has also came out showing two college girls going about their usual day in college and with the help of the product, they keep pimples and dirt at bay.

Merits of this face wash:

  • Really prevents pimples by making the face oil free.
  • Reasonable priced.
  • Very little amount is needed every time.
  • Comes in 50ml bottle too, easy to carry.

Demerits:

  • Has to be used at least twice a day to make it work.
  • Not the best face wash in the Indian Market

Our tip: This facial wash can be easily used as a body-wash too. :)

Chicken keema cutlet

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg chicken keema
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 chopped onion
  • 4 chopped clubs of garlic
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 3 tablespoon sweet corn soup powder
  • 200 grm refined oil
  • bread crumbs
  • Salt as per taste

Method:

Add chicken keema, chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped chillies, salt, soup powder to a large bowl and mix well. make cutlet size dough pieces.

Spread the bread crumbs on a serving tray. Beat 3 eggs in another large bowl, dip the cutlet dough pieces in the beaten eggs and roll over the crumbs, make sure that both the surface of the cutlet pieces is covered with crumbs properly.

Deep fry the cutlet pieces covered with bread crumbs. Ready to serve with tomato sauce.

Mushroom keema egg roll

Most of the recipes on this blog are for non vegetarian because we are very fond of non veg food. We thought the vegetarians might feel neglected so here is a dish for pure vegetarians although this dish tastes as well as any yummy non veg dish.

Ingredients:

  • White Refined flour (Maida)
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grm chopped white mushroom
  • 5 chopped spring onions
  • 1 chopped green chilly
  • 4 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • Salt as per taste

Method:

Make four chappatis with the white refined flour and keep aside. Add oil to a fry pan, let the oil heat, add the yolk of a egg, press one chappati over it, fry it properly. Likewise use the other 3 chappatis and eggs.

Add 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, let it heat, add the chopped mushroom, add salt as per taste, cook till the water get evaporated, add the chopped spring onions and chilly. let them cook well, add the tomato sause and remove pan from flame. the stuffing is ready.

Divide the stuffing into 4 parts and roll the 4 egg chappatis with the stuffing. Savor with more spicy sause! :)

Fish Salad

Ingredients:

  • 400 grm Rohu fish
  • 4 chopped onions
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 200 grm mustard oil
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste

Method:

Wash the slices of the fish properly. Add turmeric powder, salt as per taste. Add oil to fry pan, let the oil heat, deep fry the slices of the fish. Add the chopped onions and chillies in a bowl, add the fried fish slices and mash them all with hands. Mix well. Remove the bones of the fried fish or they might get stuck in your throat! :)

Voila this oh so crispy fish salad is ready to savor.
